None of the Fails were (1)s either, and the Fortune + Luck Roll of the Sand Crawler was just.....bad. You pretty much got handed a Tough Encounter on a gilded platter, and for that I warn you thus - the next Tough Encounter Seddi has will automatically be Harder, as the forces of Fortune and the cosmos deems some counterbalance is necessary for this windfall.  Best beware, mate....!

Whoo boi.  Lady Luck smiles upon me, and Miss Fortune is gonna come a knockin'.

Sounds like this'll be just another Tuesday in Sutalör.

You got even luckier with the Diplomacy Roll too, by all the Dice Luck! Going to have to make your next Tough Encounter extra Tough now...

FYI: You don't actually have to Fight Florge, unless you want to make a Capture attempt later or get more XP from a Fight. Running away from a bad match up (or Forfeiting in the case of Trainer Battles) is almost always an option unless I say it isn't, and with your Patron's Offering in hand and Knowing how to get out of here...well, you or your Mons stand to get roughed up a bit, but between Nalu's Ability and your own PC's heartiness tanking a bit of Damage isn't all too bad. You could also try to calm them down, though good Fortune with THAT at this point....

I can still run during the fight right? If it goes well she'll get a tribute that's way more impressive then a little cutiefly.

Yup - it opens you and your Mon up to getting Attack between Actions (Running Away, Interacting With Stuff, etc..) initially, but if you are Faster than the Enemy (DEX and/or Athletics Wise)  and they don't have a way to catch up or lock you down then after a Round you can make a clean get away in most areas! Evasion also works while Running too, though at a - 2 Penalty to it, and you can't Evade while interacting with something- note that down, everyone!

*Raises Eyebrow* Well, you'd be right about that, but Florge is a Tough Encounter - if things don't go well you could get mangled. Still, what's a reward without a little risk, right? To confirm, you ARE planning to Fight Florge right off the bat, and then Run if things get too dicy?

Yes. I don't believe my char would just run away before confirming that this is in fact too much for him.
Guy with way too much to say about unassuming games.

Popping in to say that I got stuff to due between 2pm-11pm , so I'm not going to get to many Posts done today, if any. Tomorrow is off, tho, so we can resume the Action if nobody has anything stopping them! Hopefu11y the PCs can group up by then too!

Before I forget to post this tomorrow I have a question about fortune calcs. Dragon mentioned something about pseudos lowering fortune of a party member which was only implemented after mine was already calculated. With Lani this would lower mine by 1 too right? (covering the spiky for example)

Most Pseudos completely conceal/‘cover’ the Fortune Cost of one Mon of your choice while the Pseudo in the Party, while some do not and others only partially. Your Pseudo can completely cover the cost of one of your Mons, while ‘ Erin’s ‘ does not conceal ( rather against what Zephy is about, if you know…). This means you could have up to 3 Pseudos + Mons in your Party that ‘negate’ the costs of the other half, but be aware that more strong/unique Mons on your team the more Sutalor is going to throw at you mates…
