It's for that reason and others why I love Bernard so much. He is stoic and serious Scimitar, but in fact he is flawed and extremely human. I love that character quite a lot. I must admit Phantom you really cook with this character. You awesome mate and have a awesome character!

That's....actually what I wanted to do myself first and foremost... Can you please leave this for me for the time being? Like, me making use of 'Ask Sylvia', then get into contact with the lab Nox escaped from. ...After the Major Encounter, of course.

Unless someone is hearing the commotion in Oz room and the sound of a body be hit in the ground, and maybe the sound of Oz distressed Pokemon in her room? I don't actually know it might depends on Windos interpretation of the situation.

Just because Seddi's asking that they work together on it doesn't mean that Bernhard won't be taking the lead on some things if they do.  In fact, Bernhard probably has more access to that facility than Seddi does right now.

Unless someone is hearing the commotion in Oz room and the sound of a body be hit in the ground, and maybe the sound of Oz distressed Pokemon in her room? I don't actually know it might depends on Windos interpretation of the situation.

I.... could and would indeed help you and just either have Hecate calm down with Aromatherapy or just seperate her from Oz via Myra's Extrasensory... IF possible in this situation, aka at GM's discretion/Windos saying it's possible in the first place. But I'm off for much needed sleep anyway now, so someone else can gladly help in the meantime~
