Just a question, I know these things are part Steel type, but what are they secondary type? Because Rose could send Range fire attacks such Flamethrower or Blast Burn.

Huh, what makes you think they're Steel Type? Officially Volvanion is a Fire/Water Type. At best, these artifcial replicas we're facing here feature a third Steel Type.

EDIT: Honestly, maybe don't blast fire at them, according to Bulbapedia it's only 1/4 efficient.

I thought the group was just going to fly on by and avoid fighting the Mecha/Construct Volcanion entirely? If I'm going to make an attempt to fight back at those things, though (Or going to be forced to), I'm waiting until Terra/the group is close enough to the 'ground' to be able to summon their main fighters on more stable/safe footing to duke it out with those menaces, as mid-air fights where one wrong move is insta-death is NOT something I want to engage in. So for now, Terra's going to Evade and Block as many of their attacks as possible until he and the group can complete their descent, then decide from there what I'm going to do.

Oh! That's efficient, yes. Given Shiva's on Angie's back she is soft-forced to descent with her and Terra, which I'm perfectly fine with though. In that case, shall an Evade fail and these artificial Volcanion do hit Angie with an attack, the Shield is raised to prevent that damage.

But I'm somewhat scared that once we're on the ground, these Volcanion will charge at us at full force - Though, is it possible for Shiva to let her Pokemon fire off attacks during that descension already, Iron? I'd guess so, no?

If you or Shiva are feeling gutsy, you could also have her hitch a ride off Raphael by gripping the underside of their body and then Extreme Speed down to the islands to both dodge their attacks and get a head start on fighting the Construct Volcanion. The archangel has demonstrated many a times he can carry people for short distances at a time, so it should be possible (If highly dangerous) and with ES that amount of time can be 'extended,' so to speak.

Before I get to posting, I have one question: if Charizard/Nathan is targeted by the Volcanion, would Charizard take an Evade action automatically, or is it currently only safe to send out one other pokemon in addition to Charizard?

Charizard counts as one of your two Pokemon. 
He would evade, but you also need to tell him where to fly. 

He can attack with his breath weapons even while holding a passenger.

Alright! Also here other thing: According to the data of Steelix, he has a base HP of 8 when a Onix and 9 when Steelix. With the 5 Vitality his HP is 14 not 12.

Doesn't Delta Steelix have 10 base HP?  From my understanding, they have 20 less base HP than a typical Onix/Steelix.
