Oh! If you are now up to fulfill what we once agreed concerning Haunter's evolution @ Nylon, Shiva is all ready for it.
Also, heads-up: I'll need one of my Pokemon to evolve as well to gain access to a TM-move I'd like to teach it in Atheneum, but to do so it needs a quick 2vs2 battle in the courtyard of Atheneum. Who of you people is up to help me here? I'd be rather thankful, please!

Sure, I'd be up for one.

<3 How about it'll happen after Shiva has done like one or two things in Atheneum herself while you wrap up things with the hologram of Uxie and they'll meet one another when he makes his way into Atheneum while Shiva just ran out of it = they meet halfway at the Gauntlet, then the battle will start? (Please don't choose Calam or Solomon to prevent outright steamrolling me and remember that winning won't be priority! Not that we both shouldn't try to not win, but it's simply not important [to me at least] who has won in the end as long the evolution has been triggered)

Don't worry, I wasn't planning on using either of those two.
I'd actually like to do some stuff in the Library myself before we do the battle. Partially so I can swap out some pokemon and teach some moves, partially because Nathan doesn't want to keep Valder waiting for too much longer.

Very fine to me!~ I'll have Shiva approach you at some point or you can just ping me when you see fit.
Iron, I'll reply/start stating what Shiva does in the Library later, got busy unexpectadly.

Rose: Thunder Punch/Fire Punch
Trevenant: Drain Punch/Trick Room
Clawitizer: Ice Windy
Aggron: Dragon Tail
Golett: Fire Punch/Ice Punch/Thunder Punch/Drain Punch/Earthquake
Tynamo: Drain Punch/Fire Punch/Rain Dance/Thunder/Dragon Tail/
Mudkip: Ice Punch/Earthquake/Sluge Wave/Scald/Bulldoze/Stone Edge
Hypno: Metronome
Fraxure: Poison Jab
Nidorino: Dragon Tail/Shadow Ball
Thats the ones I have in mind. Tell me people if this is possible to get or not? If yes what ones I should choose?
The only ones I recall seeing listed in the book for ? that were on your list here were:
The Elemental Punches for Rose/Golett
Drain Punch for Golett/Viktor
Metronome for Hypno
Icy Wind for Gustav
Mudkip and Tynamo would have to evolve before they could learn anything that fits the restrictions.
Edit: You could also teach Rollout to Percival.

Another pokemon you could consider teaching TM moves to is Gargryph. And unlike everything else, you have access to its full (Pokemon Uranium) TM list in this case. Might be worth looking at that. (Might I recommend Protect or Substitute to support its Ability?)
Edit: Just remembered that Endeavor is a TM (only) in Uranium, so maybe Percival could learn that too? Zen Headbutt and Last Resort are other Uranium TMs that could maybe be considered for this selection as well...hmmm...
Thats some difficult choices hmm...I could teach Substitute or Protect for Gargryph...but there is not a TM-Protect back in Star City where I have buy too? I could teach too Earthquake who is a powerfull Ground move. Thunder Punch would be a awesome move for Rose to deal with Flying and Water-types, Fire Punch a balanced Fire move to cause burn...Ice and Fire for Gollet would be good to have advantage against Water, Grass and Ice who is his main weakness. Drain Punch for Viktor would be another way to sustain HP together with Horn Leech and a good counter against Dark-type.
What to do...any tips people?

@Iron, was this succesful? Luv this segment of the roleplay, btw.
Fissure can be taught to Mamo, but like the others said the rest of the choices are not possible for various reason. If you are going to evolve Haunter to learn Giga Drain, keep in mind that Evolite will lose its benefits for the ghost, it may no longer be able to Levitate depending on how Iron interprets Abilities, and its Disobedience may become an ugly issue. Just FYI!

I suggest either going all in on Gargrief and teaching it Substitute, Protect, and Sandstorm to make it the ultimate Defensive behemoth, or for a more balanced approach teach Gargryph Substitute and buy Protect/Sandstorm for it later, go for Thunder Punch for Infernape since Water and Flying types are the bane of Rose's existence, and Drain Punch for Viktor would ward off Dark types and give it SE coverage for Steel, Rock, and Normal types

Well, I know where to buy Protect (Star City) and Sandstorm (Cress City) so teaching Gargrief the move Substitute will be the more wise aproach. Thunder Punch will help a lot Rose against many types of enemies and with Viktor with Leech Seed+Drain Punch, the ultimate self healer. Yeah, that will do. Its a nice combination.

I'd definitely recomend teaching TM moves we don't have easy access to currently.

Looks like Gengar keeps his same ability.
