Hi everyone. Since the release of Pokémon X and Y, a new type of Pokémon system was introduce: The Mega Evolution, who transform a Pokémon in another and more stronger form. In will show one of the Pokemons i would to see reward with a Mega Evolution some day.

1°: Typlosion

  

One of the most favourite fire type starter from 2Gen. Typlosion its a powerfull pure fire type. His base stats it is:

HP: 78
Attack: 84
Defence: 78
Sp. Attack: 109
Sp. Defence: 85
Speed: 100

Ability: 
Blaze
Flash Fire (Hidden Ability)

As you can see, Typlosion have a decent Speed, and rather hight special attack. But in his move learn he have many physical moves over special moves, some with Fighting type. My idea of Mega Evolution would be a Fire/Steel. With this following stats:



Hp: 78
Attack: 84 -> 128 (+38)
Defence: 78 -> 98 (+20)
Sp. Attack: 109 -> 122 (+13)
Sp. Defence: 85 -> 105 (+20)
Speed: 100 -> 109 (+9)

Mega Ability:
Fur Coat: Halves the damage from physical moves

The reason why i choose Fire/Steel? Because its a rare type like no other Pokémon have, since the only one its Heatran, a legendary Pokémon. Is a rare typhing who would make Typlosion a powerful Sp. Attack, and a physical attacker. But in this typing come with some new weakness: Ground and Fight. This when its come the New creat Mega Ability, to make Typlosion resist a little against his mortal type enemies: He could survive a Earthquake or a terrible Cross Chop, and counter attack with a Low Kick, Focus Blast or Solarbeam. But its just my idea.

It just dawned on me this evening as I was trading with someone on FB just how incredibly diverse this community is.  Thanks to Pokemon Uranium, I have communicated and traded with people not only from all over my own country (USA), but also literally all over the globe.  To date, I've been in contact with people from Brazil, Germany, France, Australia, Slovenia, and Vietnam -- and those are just the countries I'm aware of, I'm sure there are probably many more!

Isn't it absolutely amazing how this one fangame has brought people together from all over the world who might not have met otherwise?

I know this was a problem for the first couple of gym leaders in Uranium but I feel like Maria was the most under-utilized in the game. She was the past champion until she stepped down from the position. I feel like being the past champion and her being stronger than all the other gym leaders; Maria should have had a bigger role in Uranium's plot or at least have a sub-quest with her. Becoming a champion is an incredible feat in most pokemon game's lore but in this game the whole past champion almost feels like a throwaway line. I feel like her role was very underwhelming in the game. Do you agree or disagree with her role being underutilized?

Pokemon is one of my favourite franchises and seeing fan games like this, is beautiful.
Playing through Pokemon Uranium was one of the best experiences ever, the story, the gameplay, the sprites and gyms were all fantastic!

I am new to this website so I am still getting used to it but I'm sure its great!
