Howdy Uranium Fans,

It's been a tremendous Halloween month here at the Forum, we've seen more art, talked about the issues that are concerning you, have seen a slew of new introductions in their shiny new forum and even saw the re-introduction of the Tandor Casual League! Of course, with Fresh faces continuing to roll in, so too must a new forum update roll into the masses.

New Functions

Avatar Gallery
This was a neat request that landed on my desk a lot. Why didn't the new Forum have an Avatar gallery like the old Forum did? Well, fortunately that's no longer the case. Can't decide on what Avatar you want to use? Maybe you don't have a picture that's exactly 100x100 pixels. Problem solved! You can pick any one of the 22 newly uploaded Avatars to use! More will be uploaded as time goes on. 

To get started, head into your UserCP, click on "Change Avatar" and select the "Uranirum" Gallery from the drop down menu.

Last night when I was training my recently bred HA Magikarp, so happy because I was gonna get such an amazing Gyarados, I had a very bad surprise.
First of all, Gyarados can't learn Crunch in any way, nor by level, nor by move tutor. What's the point of having Gyarados-M if you can't have a decent STAB move for it's dark type? Please make it possible to get the move in some way.
And second, Gyarados HA should be Moxie, and what was my surprise when I saw that he had Rattled, Magikarp's HA.
Please, fix one of my favorite mons in the game 

Is it possible to transfer save files from one account on a computer, to another one on the same computer? All the game data seems to be present, but where are the save files stored, and how would I move them into the game?

Hello Uranium fans!

My name is Cody and I'm the Administrator here on the new Uranium Forum, but you already knew that!

On the other end of the computer rests a massive geek, sheltering himself from the hostile climate of Southern Canada. I spend a lot of my free time in front of a screen, may it be a TV or monitor, I love to write and in a desperate attempt to justify my lifestyle, I started up an independent journalism website dedicated to reporting on and reviewing games, rigs, consoles and other such gizmos. I've also been managing and moderating other Forums and communities for nearly a decade and have worked closely with other industry professionals, including EPIC Games, setting up events and ticker reels

I signed up on the old Forum in late July right as the hype for Pokemon Uranium was at it's highest, I submitted an application and became a Moderator a month afterward when Twitch made an announcement that additional hands were needed to keep up with the rapid increase in forum traffic. 12 days after I became a Moderator the official services were taken down. Shortly afterward I got to work on the forums you see before you today, it's been up and running for a little under a month and is still going strong!

*Thinking in a way to introduce* Hey, how are everyone? Well since this is the part of introductions, i think i would introduce (or more formal introduce), a little about myself. My name its Spiritmon (Not Spritmon, or other things like that), i a brazilean or make though this forums some time ago, and a Pokemon lover. I discover this beautiful game know Pokemon Uranium watching from a Youtuber brazilean Hagazo, and pratically fall in love with this game. When i search to dowload and play the game, i discover the forums, who take down, then i fury and then find this forums, make my account, and now i here. This is the resume of my brief, greenty history (heh, get it? Greenty? Great? No? Ok). 

As you can see, i like to make some bad puns, REALLY bad puns. My name, no, its not digimon or pokemon influence (not entirely). Some years ago, i watch a movie know was, "The Spirit" a police officer who protect a city of the hands of a assassin know was "Octopus". Many people dislike the movie, but i really like it the film. Some time ago, when play my first MMO, i put the name who i use until now, "Spiritmon". The name "Spirit" came with the movie, to act like a spirit, and the name mon, well, yeah, have some influence of Pokemon and Digimon i confess. So yeah, i love Pokemon AND Digimon.

To tell some thing about me, i like very much to play games, and like very much of read books (in portuguese/brazilean, or english in certain moments), and i like to talk with people, so yeah, i have social life too. Sometimes i like to write my historys. As many of you can see, i have a bad english. All i know about english, i learn in the school, and now reading english story books in my cell, so dont expected a perfect english. One of my favourites parts of the forum, its the Roleplaying, where my char its a Baariette. To tell some people i like very much when i come to the forums, there Lord Windos, a great making guider, and a nice guy who help me with somethings when i come here, and a great player in the Roleplay as a Belialdon.

Another person who i like to mention its Pokenerd25, one of the most active members in the Roleplay, and nice and cool Fafurr, a nice guy really. And of course another member of the Roleplay, SmokedMemes another cool guy i discover in the Roleplay. And of course PhantomUnderYourDesk, the cutest scientist of the breeding in Uranium. She is someone a little dificult to talk sometimes, but she is truly a nice person, with the will to help others. Believe me, she is help me a lot. Another guy its MonkeyLord83, a funny guy with too much energy and a cool guy. Akekus, who play a lot in the Roleplay and who is another nice person. Laz0r Comfort, a guy who i know in the Roleplay and we play a lot there, and is a person with crazy and cool ideas. And many more people who i know from the forums, and talk sometimes.

Well, since i finish my first time playing Uranium and caugh the two Brothers of the Metal, i think i will begin a new adventure, but this time i will do something diferent. I will make a entire team based in one type of Pokémon. I was thinking to make a full team with bug types, but i dont know. Then i decided to make a pool, to see what type of team you think i use. Say in the comments too.

So somehow when i picked an oran berry it ended up in my pokeball bag and now its stuck there. I can use it indefinably and put it on as many pokemon as i like and that single berry persists in my bag. i cant even drop it. Help?

When playing the game, I've experienced some major lag issues. The lag seems most prominent while in large areas, or while playing complicated animations during battles. I don't know if I can change anything in the settings, or if it can be helped at all, but if it can, please let me know how to fix it.

Hey guys!! Idk about you all but.... I never particularly felt that EM's Solgaleo fan theme fit with the championship aesthetic. But, never fear because he actually produced the official themes for the Championship rounds 1-4 and the final theme. However, they aren't edited to be seamless when added to the game files as oggs. Never fear tho, I sort of uh...??? I guess took it upon myself to, y'know, do that?? I edited the tracks with Audacity and then exported them as .ogg files. 

Unfortunately, the game doesn't call to a separate theme for the last battle (at least not yet!! fingers crossed for a future update...........), so if you put these two files into your BGM folder, the one that says "PU-EliteBattle2" will not play automatically at the start of the last battle! So if you want it to play, you should either change the file name to "PU-EliteBattle" (which will replace the other one... be careful) OR start the music up on your PokePod before stepping out onto the battlefield for the championship battle. Personally, I would make a copy of the regular battle theme and then replace the one in the BGM folder before you go out to fight the final battle. That way, for everyone who doesn't want spoilers for what the final battle is, the music won't spoil it for you!

Credit goes entirely to EM for these songs! I don't claim anything other than the cruddy editing I did in Audacity to clip the fade out and seams. (The EB2 one was hard af also because the way EM designed the intro, it doesn't match the seam exactly -u-; )

You can find and download them here!! Click the download link to the right and the .zip should download automatically. There are two files, and both can be safely added to the BGM folder. Make sure to change the file name of PU-EliteBattle2.ogg to PU-EliteBattle.ogg BEFORE stepping out into the Championship arena!
