Potato's Battle Royale!!!

Hello and welcome everyone to my inaugural Battle Royale!!! This will be my first ever tournament held for the discord!!!

Signups End: TBD

Brackets:

You are required to be in the tournament chat so that you can arrange matches and report the results to me.

Prizes: Top 3 Finishers will receive choice of one of the following Pokemon from my collection (check portfolio*)

ILLEGAL POKEMON
-Only Pokemon with illegitimate stats or moves are banned at this time

Rules
- Double battle lvl. 50
- Party of 6 Pokemon permitted, Matches will be 4 vs. 4
- Sets are best 2 of 3
- Double Elimination Bracket (Must lose 2 sets to be eliminated)
- No two of the same Pokemon are permitted in a party
- No two of the same items are permitted within the party


To sign up, simply post in the tournament_chat server before the signup period ends and I will add you. Signups will end 1 hour prior to the beginning of the tournament.

Final Notes :
-Failure to report within 15minutes of the tournament beginning will result in a disqualification
-Failure to respond to your opponent and play your set within the reasonable time frame will result in a loss for the match
-In the event of an unintentional disconnect, the match will be replayed from the beginning
-If I have reason to believe that match disconnects are being caused intentionally, you will forfeit the tournament
-In the event that players can not connect and complete their match, winner will be decided via coin flip.
WARNING!!!! DUE TO A GLITCH THAT CAUSES ITEMS TO BE DUPLICATED OR SWAPPED AFTER COMPLETING A BATTLE. EVERYONE SHOULD MAKE BACKUP SAVES BEFORE THE START OF THE TOURNAMENT AND RELOAD THE BACKUP PRIOR TO EACH FIGHT!

Oh yeah, The Monkey King is back IN DA HOUSE!!!

Some of you may know me, some of you may not (I've been all over the places in the old official forum), but I'm a breeder. 

Some of you may and some of you may not know, but a lot of us breeders used to hang out in a chatzy chatroom set up by Kerner. Since official forum came down, and we found out that chatroom can only have 10 ppl online at a time, we started a Discord server. In the few days when the old official forum was down and before @ReeNormies gave us all a new working server, we set it up to be quite a cozy place for breeders to talk and share, and made it possible to organize all trades and give-aways. Most of your favorite breeders/give-away-ers are already in this server (Youko, kerner, Potato, etc.), and it's a really neat place to talk, trade and everything. So feel free to check it out by clicking HERE.

Potato's famous tourney may also be hosted on one of the channel of this server anyway, so you competitive players might as well check it. These are links to the Tourneys' threads for Single and Double battles, respectively.

Currently, we're all already using the new server that you can patch up to if you haven't already . So come on in and join us, I guess... If you're outdated on what happened to Uranium and are interested in finding out more about what happened this past few weeks, check this thread out.

I posted this little number back on the official forums, but figured I would post it again to spark some creativity within others.

These 2 rows of images are the first 2(of 5) Spritesheets for creating a main character. Walk and run are finished while the missing 3 are Bike, Fishing and Surf. You can't use these in-game I just figured I'd make a little something to try and personalize how I would have made a playable Character

For lack of a better name, I pet named the sprite Roy.

The fine folks at r/pokemonuranium have given me the green light to provide the Unofficial patcher for Uranium 1.0.0 The patcher includes all of the Official Updates in Uranium 1.0.1 along with several other tweaks and fixes that have drastically improved performance and squashed a whole bunch of mechanical and visual bugs. 

A big thanks to ttgjailbrake and ReeNormies from r/pokemonuranium for providing all of the files needed, along with granting me permission to post them here.

Hey Uranium Fans,

Having trouble playing online? Good news, it's totally not your fault! 

Bad news? The official servers that Pokemon Uranium uses to run it's website, GTS and Wondertrade, Ranked battle and online lobbies are currently down and unfortunately, we don't have an ETA of when they'll be back up. Move are in place to fix the place up a bit should the worst case scenario occur. But for now, just be patient and enjoy Uranium's unique story, brush up on your breeding skills or train hard to get your mons up to Lv100

This is the official patch for Pokemon Uranium released by JV and Twitch. Though it does fix some of the errors discovered in 1.0.0 it doesn't include a lot of the fixes provided by the unofficial patch (Which I'm also hoping to add here as well) The link is below

Hey Gang,

Since the Uranium team has fallen radio silent, I took the initiative to rebuild the forum all from scratch. The forum has been crafted and designed to look as close to the real thing as possible. Everything from the logo, the forum Icons and even several aspects of the Global CSS have been edited to ensure that Pokemon Uranium Fans have a familiar place to call home.

The future of this forum is uncertain, but will remain active until the point we hear news from Twitch or JV. Beyond that point will depend on what we hear.

So please, feel free to sign up, log in and get comfortable. The Forum welcomes you!
