Will the pokeradar be fixed to work as it should or ?

Hi there.
First of all, I'm Japanese fan of the game and gonna have plenty of bad grammars, misspelling etc... Sorry about that.

I recently beat the final boss and started to breed and train, because I want to battle online!
Main topic is, that I'm not sure about rules and regulations about battles, as I haven't tried it yet.
These are my questions:

1.Do I have to level my Pokemon up to 100? Or does the system fixes it to 50, like the original games?
I'm too lazy to grind to 100, but there are many mons that evolve or learn cool moves above 50, so I just hope the system has ability to fix levels temporarily.

2.I prefer single battles to double battles, are there players willing to fight in singles? I've heard that doubles are populer worldwide while most Japanese players mainly do singles so......
Also I'm used to "Show 6 Pokemons and pick 3 of them" battles in the original games, but using all of 6 is also cool so I don't care about that.

3.What Pokemons are banned/restricted in the rules?
For Pokemon released in time of post, I'm sure Urayne will be banned because it's "legendary" (and I think he should be, he's like Mewtwo or such).
But how about Actan an Lanthan? Or maybe Seikamater?

In the past few days, I'm been receiving word that the E-mail that is required to verify your account here on the Unofficial Forum was not being sent to users. With the Uncertainty of the future of Pokemon Uranium and the great lengths that the amazing community has gone through to ensure it's survival, it's important to know where some of your game files lie just in case you need to edit them or keep them safe. Over the past week, local heroes have been working tirelessly to restore the game to it's former glory. This has been solidified by the newly released Unofficial Server which brings Multiplayer back to the forefront along with several of the fan made unofficial patches that have been put forward that fixes many of the games issues, including potentially game breaking bugs, along with introducing new features such as an Automated save backup!

For starters, your default game folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Pokemon Uranium Team\Pokemon Uranium 1.0

Second, your games default Save Path
C:\Users\YourUsername\saved games\Pokemon Uranium

Third, your Default NeonCube Folder which contains Neoncube.ini.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Pokemon Uranium Team\Pokemon Uranium 1.0\NeonCube

Fourth, your default backup save folder (Introduced in the Unofficial Patch
C:\Users\YourUsername\Saved Games\Pokemon Uranium\Backups

You are required to be in the tournament chat so that you can arrange matches and report the results to me.

Rules
- Double battle lvl. 50

-If I have reason to believe that match disconnects are being caused intentionally, you will forfeit the tournament
-In the event that players can not connect and complete their match, winner will be decided via coin flip.

Oh yeah, The Monkey King is back IN DA HOUSE!!!

Some of you may know me, some of you may not (I've been all over the places in the old official forum), but I'm a breeder. 

Some of you may and some of you may not know, but a lot of us breeders used to hang out in a chatzy chatroom set up by Kerner. Since official forum came down, and we found out that chatroom can only have 10 ppl online at a time, we started a Discord server. In the few days when the old official forum was down and before @ReeNormies gave us all a new working server, we set it up to be quite a cozy place for breeders to talk and share, and made it possible to organize all trades and give-aways. Most of your favorite breeders/give-away-ers are already in this server (Youko, kerner, Potato, etc.), and it's a really neat place to talk, trade and everything. So feel free to check it out by clicking HERE.

Potato's famous tourney may also be hosted on one of the channel of this server anyway, so you competitive players might as well check it. These are links to the Tourneys' threads for Single and Double battles, respectively.

I posted this little number back on the official forums, but figured I would post it again to spark some creativity within others.

These 2 rows of images are the first 2(of 5) Spritesheets for creating a main character. Walk and run are finished while the missing 3 are Bike, Fishing and Surf. You can't use these in-game I just figured I'd make a little something to try and personalize how I would have made a playable Character

For lack of a better name, I pet named the sprite Roy.

The fine folks at r/pokemonuranium have given me the green light to provide the Unofficial patcher for Uranium 1.0.0 The patcher includes all of the Official Updates in Uranium 1.0.1 along with several other tweaks and fixes that have drastically improved performance and squashed a whole bunch of mechanical and visual bugs.
