Howdy people of Uranium! Yes, it is confirm. Gen 8 its confirm, and the names of those tittles will be Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield and the region choose its Galar region, based in the UK. And also, the revealing of the three starters:

Scorbunny (Fire Bunny)
Sobble (Water amphibian/Chamaleon)
And Grookey (Grass type monkey/Lemur)

Its already something common to starter come with a second typing in most Gens, so I will try guesses in what typing those Pokemon will have. Sobble (the water type) looks like some kind of chamaleon with his ability to disguise himself in pods of water. I have a few guesses: Water/Poison, Water/Dark or Water/Eletric. The first typing it might be because he could use his cells to change the colors of his skin to match the surroundings of him and hide himself. Dark because Dark-types have that thing to use furtive skills and abilities to then attack their enemies when their guard is down (this is the most possible typing I think). And eletric because he might use his energy to reflect the light of the sun to create a mirage of "invisibility" like a magic trick.

Scorbunny in the other hand...I not so sure about what is his typing. With his speed and bipedal style my guesses is Fighting, Flying or eletric. These three types is focus in the speed and power, things this bunny looks like of lot. Its less likely for us have another Fire/Fighting type, since we already had 3 generations of Fire/Fight types. Flying and Eletric its interesting addtion of types since we never had a fire starter with such typings, so that would a interesting thing to be add.

Grookey, It is the one who I cant imagine what typing he gonna have. His appearance say little about what second typing he would have. Maybe he would be the one with the pure Grass typing, or maybe fighting since its something common to some monkey like Pokemon have some kind of ofensive typing.

And what about you people? Any theory for the Pokemon of this generation? Say in the comments below.

It's just a little thing I noticed about Archilles' shiny sprite... The lower jaw/chest area in the back's white, but the front's orange like the normal sprite... Is this an error?
   
   

So I haven't been on these forums in a hot minute, college is now a thing + other games + other communities. But as far as Uranium itself I do actually find myself coming back quite a bit, Uranium just is one of the best Pokemon experiences I've played through and easily still my favorite fangame.

But while here at college, I was able to get my roommate, who is a huge Pokemon fan like myself, to sit down and play through Uranium while I replayed it along side him. Along the way I made sure he encountered every new Pokemon. I got to see him react to everything, completely blind, and it reminded me of my first experience with Uranium, seeing all the new Pokemon and reacting to story beats. My roommate really loved this game, as in he decided to complete the pokedex and then started his own randomizer. Some of his favorites include his starter, Eletruxo, as well as Pajay, Theriamp, Daikatuna, Coatlith, Nucleon and his personal favorite Yatagaryu, perfectly matching up with my favorite Belliaddon (pseudo-gang). And after playing through this game again for the first time in at least a year, getting to use even more of its vast Pokedex and remembering just how fun this game was, I really have to say to the New Devs and of course Twitch and JV...

I haven't been here in a while, and the last time I was around I suggested a bunch of new moves for Pokemon and I """"may"""" have gone a bit overboard and gotten a bit bombastic. So I'm going to be a lot more relaxed in this one.

So, Trade evolutions. I won't lie that I am not nor have I ever been a fan of trade evolutions, but, since Uranium makes trading between other players or even yourself an absolute breeze, I can look past this issue pretty easily. However, there is one issue with trade evolutions that I think should really be addressed, and that's the Nuzlocke and Randomizer modes. Since we can't access trading at all while playing in these gamemodes (understandably), you can get pretty screwed over if you find a Pokemon that requires trading to reach its final form as your first encounter in a nuzlocke, or you just want to use the line in a randomizer and didn't/can't find the fully evolved form, or finding a shiny of a Pokemon that has to be traded to evolve in either mode. That's why I'd suggest adding a way to evolve trade evolutions without trading them, if only for these two modes.

Yo! so I was playing the game and i finished levelling my team at the dojo and i went to the gym, when i got there, i did two of the puzzles, but i couldn't solve the third, i looked at the wiki page and other articles and it appears one of the ninjas is on a tile that is coloured black when it should be white. if there's a special way to do it, or if i'm just missing something, could you point it out to me? thanks!

Was browsing the subreddit and noticed this post about someone attempting to make a mobile version of Uranium.

And my immediate thoughts were, 'Whoa.  He's actually attempting to do this, and it actually seems to be working how he wants it too.  Dang.'

I'm definitely hoping to see more from him on this project in the future, because it looks like he's definitely serious about this! He has also said he's remaking the game from scratch in a different engine (that's the 'godot' thing he mentions), so he's definitely got his work cut out for him.

Hi everyone! Just joined the forum, and hoping to find someone who has a Ruyi they'd be willing to trade. I picked up Uranium when it was first released, and once I completed my dex I mostly forgot to pick it up or even consider the team releasing more mystery gifts. Totally missed a lot of cool alternate designs, but the Luxi line was my favorite of the original designs for the game, and I'd love to get my hands on a Ruyi. I don't have  many doubles or really much of anything crazy rare, but if you give a request for something you'd want in return, I can definitely try to get whatever it is for you! Thanks for any help!
